Not a Good New Year for C-Murder!

Last Wednesday Louisiana’s Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the 2009 jury’s decision that Corey Miller was guilty of killing 16yr old, Steve Thomas. The three-judge panel rejected Mr. Miller’s arguments that prosecutors had systematically kept black people off the jury and that the judge had allowed jurors to hear “prejudicial and unsubstantiated” testimony.

So it looks like C-Murder will be serving his life sentence after all !
