DFW Style: 4th of July Fireworks Events For The Entire Family

We all love a good fireworks display and it is a great time to spend time with your family. After the backyard cookout pack up the family and check out a good fireworks display. Here is a list of a few our favorite happenings. No matter where you live in the Metroplex there is plenty of locations to pick from. First it is billed as the City of Dallas’ official Independence Day celebration, The MetroPCS Fair Park Fourth will feature fireworks from inside the historic Cotton Bowl, a Dallas Wind Symphony patriotic performance, reduced admission to Fair Park’s museums from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m., “dancing water” shows at the Esplanade Fountain, carnival games and more from 4:30 – 10 p.m. on Wednesday, July 4. Admission is free.

The Dallas Wind Symphony performs at 8 p.m. in front of the Hall of State.
