Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson Files For Divorce From Evelyn Lozada

Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson is finally giving up on his one month marriage to Evelyn Lozada. The former NFL player has filed his own divorce papers in court, on the same day he pled not guilty to domestic battery.

According to TMZ, Chad filed the papers in a Florida court stating his marriage to Evelyn Lozada “irretrievably broken.”

Chad had previously refused to sign the divorce papers that Evelyn filed in hopes that they could work things out but I guess he has finally seen the light.

And it looks like the gloves are getting ready to come off as Chad asked the judge to block Evelyn’s request that he pay her legal fees in his filing, due to their prenuptial agreement.
