Temar Boggs is a 15-year old-kid that joined in with a search party for a missing girl.
Through a combination of luck and timing he and his friends happened to see 5-year-old Jocelyn Rojas through the car window of an unknown suspect’s vehicle. The suspect, after spotting the kids following him on their bikes, let the girl out of his car and drove off.
