Shakira, like the rest of the country, is looking to downsize…starting with the sale of her Miami mansion!
And if you have $15 million just laying around, according to Forbes.com, the house can be yours! Shakira bought the house for $3.4 million. When she bought it, it had 3 bedrooms, 4 & 1/2 bathrooms, and over 6,000 square feet. In the 12 years since she first bought the house, however, she added an additional 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (for a total of 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms), as well as an additional 1,700 square feet (for a total of 8,400 square feet). Fully remodeled, the home has light wood floors that sprawl throughout the home and a state-of-the-art kitchen with Miele appliances and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. The master bedroom on the second floor has an adjoining nursery or office and the rest of the home has guest quarters and a gym. Outside, a hardwood deck surrounds a pool and the backyard has direct access to the bay via a private dock.
