Kim Kardashian Photoshop Controversy on Cover of US Weekly
A new photoshop controversy is breaking on the web: this time, it’s focused on Kim Kardashian and her post-baby bod. US Weekly ran a cover with a visibly (way) trimmed down Kim with the accompanying caption “My Body is Back”.
Couple of issues here: Kardashian didn’t actually pose for the cover shot and she never spoke to the magazine. Representatives for the new mom say they likely used paparazzi photos of a Thanksgiving trip to Miami.
“We didn’t do an US Weekly cover. I haven’t seen it yet. I’m told they have used paparazzi shots,” a representative told FOX news.
Many experts interviewed for the FOX article agreed that the photo looks heavily touched up, especially her neck and head. Compared to other full-body bikini shots of the celeb, it’s noticeably altered.
US Weekly has not yet commented on the photo.
