Even If The Biebs Is Found Guilty, Deportation Will Not Be An Option
Justin Bieber could and probably will get into trouble for his latest incident involving throwing eggs at a neighbors house, but the possibility of him getting deported back to Canada is highly unlikely. According to TMZ, a person has to commit an “aggravated” offense such as possession of explosive materials, drug trafficking, or threatening the president before they’re packed up and shipped off. And since the eggs were thrown at a neighbor’s house and not the White House, he’s free to stay in the U.S. to suffer any repercussions he may face for his involvement.
Depending on what they find him guilty of, he may wish he had been deported back to Canada. Since the damage was over $20,000, if charged, this could be considered a felony, possibly sending The Beibs to the slammer for years. I doubt he’ll see any jail time but the thought of what “could be” would be enough to scare me straight and keep me from ever throwing any more poultry presents!
