Solange Knowles Physically Attacks Jay Z In Elevator While Beyonce Watches [Video]

TMZ  got a hold of surveillance video from an elevator at the Standard Hotel in NYC where Jay and Bey attended a Met Gala after party last week. The video shows Jay Z and Beyonce getting in an elevator with Bey’s sister Solange. Shortly after the door closes, Solange is seen yelling at Jay, then starts letting the punches and kicks fly, connecting a few times.

The bodyguard quickly grabs Solange and tries to subdue her, but she manages to get a few more kicks in. The last kick gets her foot grabbed by Hov who holds it for a few seconds, but never strikes back, keeping his composure while getting berated with fists and feet. In the video you can see Beyonce not wanting to get involved in this family dispute.

There is no audio in the video so we can’t hear what Solange is so upset about, but I’m sure since this video leaked, a statement about what transpired isn’t too far away.
