The Weeknd is a hometown hero.
The Canadian crooner headed home to perform the 50 Shades Of Grey single “Earned It” at his country’s premiere music awards. He also took home not one, but two Juno Awards – one for “Artist Of The Year,” the other for “R&B/Soul Recording Of The Year” for his single “Often.”
“Earned It” is The Weeknd’s highest charting single and currently sits at number seven on Billboard. No word on when The Weeknd will be releasing a new album, but 2015 seems to be his year.
