McKinney Police Officer Suspended After Incident Involving Teens At Local Pool

McKinney Police Department has suspended an officer after being filmed handcuffing, and then pulling a weapon on, a group of black teens following an incident at a pool party Friday night.
According to the Police Department’s Facebook page The initial police call came in as a “disturbance at the Craig Ranch North Community Pool involving multiple juveniles at the location, who do not live in the area or have permission to be there, refusing to leave.
In the video, one of the police officers calmly tells some of the members of the crowd not to run when the when the police appears. He seems to be getting things under control but another officer comes and orders some of the kids on the ground. Later in the video you can see the cop handcuffing and throwing a young girl to the ground. The whole situation is unfortunate and puts a yet another black eye on law enforcement in the country.
