It’s been 32 years since WWE’s Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka faced the death of his girlfriend at the time, Nancy Argentino.
Back in May of 1983, the Hall of Famer called an ambulance for his girlfriend, where he claimed to authorities that she slipped and hit her head when she went to pee after he pulled over.
Reports say that she was pronounced dead on the scene due to brain injuries that were connected to those of her head striking some kind of object. She was 23 at the time.
Her injuries were called “undetermined craniocerebral injuries,” and were part of many other bruises that were all over her body.
Fast forward to today, Snuka was reportedly arrested at his home earlier today, who is currently 72 years old with stomach cancer. He is in county jail with a $100,000 bond.
Reports say that after the case has been reopened to be given a “fresh look,” he is now being charged with third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter.
