The reason Paul Walker died in that tragic car accident is because of faulty equipment, his daughter is claiming.
Meadow, Paul’s daughter, states in suit documents that during the crash, the seat belt snapped Paul’s body back with thousands of pounds of force breaking his ribs and pelvis, rendering him unable of any potential escape. The lawsuit also claims the accident would’ve never occurred if the car’s stabilization system been working properly, and that Porsche knew about “a history of instability and control issues,” in the Carrera GT. “The defect could have been corrected with a Porsche Stability Management System” says the lawyer, “which prevents swerving,” and that the company decided not to have this system installed. Other malfunctions were also included in the lawsuit.
