Grammy nominated rapper, Fat Joe is typically very private about his marriage and three kids. However, he recently shared a touching photo of he and his eldest son.

“Joey is [a] special kid full of joy and Love. There’s no way you could understand unless you have a family member who has challenges in life. He’s my angel and the reason for all my blessings. Love him to death.”
