Last time we heard from Musiq Soulchild, he was trying to transition into the rap game as Husel. Thankfully, Musiq came to his senses and returned to his R&B roots.
To tease the arrival of his forthcoming album, the Philly native drops an honest ballad titled “I Do.”
“Sometimes I don’t like you, you always got a problem/ anything that I do, I don’t always understand everything about you, but I know I just can’t live without you/ so yeah, I do,” sings Musiq.
“I Do” is the lead single off Musiq’s forthcoming Life On Earth LP, which is due out April 8. Take a listen below.
