State Sen. Catherine Pugh won the Democratic primary for Mayor of Baltimore.
Tuesday, Pugh beat former Mayor Sheila Dixon and 11 others in a over crowded field to replace Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, who is not seeking another term in office.
On the Republican end, Alan Walden has that nomination and will go against Pugh in the general election in November.
The general election is set for Nov. 8.
