PRINCE TRIBUTES AT ‘BET AWARDS’
BET’s honored the late Prince during the BET Awards last night with numerous tribute performances. Check them out below:
Stevie Wonder joined by Tori Kelly for their rendition of “Take Me With U”. Jennifer Hudson then followed with a captivating performance of “Purple Rain”
Maxwell paid his respects to Prince with a cover of “Nothing Compares To U”.
Janelle Monae paid homage to her mentor with an electrifying medley of Prince’s classics including “Delirious”, “Kiss”, “Pop Life” and “I Would Die 4 U”
Closing out the ceremony, Sheila E. ended the Prince tribute with a medley including “Housequake”, “Erotic City”, “Let’s Go Crazy”, “Let’s Work”, “U Got The Look”, “A Love Bizarre”, “The Glamorous Life” and “America”.
