25 Of Music’s Biggest Artists Come Together On “Hands (A Song For Orlando)” (NEW MUSIC)
Twenty five of today’s biggest stars in music came together for a great cause.
Interscope Records rounded up an A-list roster to record a heartfelt tribute song dedicated to the 49 victims of the Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando.
A statement from Interscope reads:
“The track features Mary J Blige, Jason Derulo, Britney Spears, Tyler Glenn, Selena Gomez, Halsey, Ty Herndon, Imagine Dragons, Juanes, Adam Lambert, Mary Lambert, Jennifer Lopez, the Trans Chorus of Los Angeles, Kacey Musgraves, MNEK, Alex Newell, P!nk, Prince Royce, Nate Ruess, RuPaul, Troye Sivan, Jussie Smollett, Gwen Stefani, and Meghan Trainor.”
The tribute song was penned by Warner Chappell songwriters Justin Tranter, Julia Michaels, and BloodPop, and was produced by Mark Ronson, Justin Tranter, and BloodPop.
All proceeds from the song will go directly to the Equality Florida Pulse Victims Fund, the LGBT Community Center of Central Florida, and GLAAD. To support those affected by the Pulse Nightclub shooting, click here.
