The spotlight is on a Delta Airlines flight crew after an attendant’s prejudiced behavior nearly caused a man’s death.
According to young Black woman Tamika Cross, the Delta employee didn’t believe she was a doctor and spent more time dismissing, questioning, and restraining her, than she did trying to help a man who’d become unresponsive twice mid-flight.
Of course, the employee ended up eventually needing Cross’ help. Here’s how it all went down, according to the OBGYN from Detroit:
Her unbelievable story has garnered over 25,000 likes and nearly 6,000 reactions. It’s unclear whether or not Delta has responded at this time. Stay tuned….
