Bobby V. Responds To Allegations He Was With A Transgender Sex Worker

Bobby V went from chilling under the radar, to making headlines on Monday after a video surfaced of him allegedly skipping out on a sex worker who identifies as transgender.

In the footage, the singer was seen running from a woman’s apartment and rumors began to spread that he was actually running away from a transgender escort. The woman claimed she exposed him because he didn’t pay her. However, Bobby’s rep is telling TMZ that the R&B singer vehemently denies the person he hooked up with over the weekend was a hooker, and says he’s now being extorted after the person filming him realized who he was.
The “Slow Down” singer’s rep added, “Misrepresentation and deception were maliciously used to target Bobby V; during the encounter, Bobby V was victimized and threatened by acts of extortion, which continued after his departure was captured on video.”
Bobby also says he had no idea that the woman was transgender, but denies that she was an escort. The singer has reported the incident to police.
