Former quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers, Colin Kaepernick, gets support from current and former NYPD members in a rally in Brooklyn on Saturday. More than half of the rally members were of the minority groups and wore T-shirts with “ImWithKap” on them. Frank Serpico was in attendance this past Saturday for the rally as well.
Ever since March, Kaepernick has been an unrestricted free agent since he left the 49ers. Kaepernick has risen a lot of controversy when it comes to protesting against the oppression of black people in todays society. We need more people like Kaepernick who have a platform to stand up for equality and justice for all.
#imwithkap We love and appreciate you Mr. Kaepernick.
