A Dallas ISD employee at Edna Rowe Elementary School is on administrative leave after she called Brittany Miner’s 5-year-old son a “monkey” and mentioned a comment about how he looks. Miner has since connected with an attorney and is hoping that employee will be fired. If not, her legal team plans to take it a step further and push for a civil rights lawsuit. The employee’s name has not been released at this time.
