According to multiple sources, Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy was let go after the two parties couldn’t come to an agreement.

According to Cowboys reporter, Law Nation, the sides couldn’t agree on the length of the contract. Mccarthy will reportedly pursue other opportunities. He leaves the cowboys with three playoff appearances and a winning record.
