Dallas Firefighters Deployed to Help L.A. With Wildfires

In wake of the devistating wildfires in Los Angeles, firefighters from North Texas were deployed to California, Saturday.

Dallas Fire-Rescue (DFR) sent six people to help with response efforts. Four firemen and two DFR members accompanyed the team’s Type 3 fire engine as they deploy. They are apart of the Texas Emergency Medical Task Force, which provides medical support to fire personnel.
After a series of disatrous wildfires in Southern California, these strategies are being implemented.

Fifteen hundred thousand individuals have already evacuated their houses due to the Pacific Palisades fire, and another sixteen hundred thousand are being ordered to do the same.
