Fayth Jefferson is a dynamic non-profit and business executive with over 20 years of expertise in small business solutions and social impact. A Dallas native, she earned a BBA from Dallas Baptist University and a master’s in entrepreneurship from Full Sail University. She served as Chief of Staff for Urban Specialists, working alongside her late brother, Bishop Omar Jahwar, to drive community reform. Now CEO of The FIVEe Bistro & HSG Solutions, she blends philanthropy with business, supporting social impact initiatives. Despite her many achievements, her greatest pride is being a mother to Daelan, Draesen, and Deisel.

Brandy Michele Adams is the visionary founder of WAAS Gallery est. 2011 and We Are All Star brand in 2021, dedicated to sustainable shine, retreats, and guiding women to reclaim their dreams. Beginning her career as a celebrity makeup artist in Hollywood in her 20s, she later returned to Texas and opened her first art gallery at 33. Passionate about transformation, Adams curates’ safe spaces that blend art, meditation, and nature to teach the power of regeneration. She fosters deep healing and creative exploration through her artwork, beauty/wellness workshops, and mentorship programs, inspiring women to embrace their light and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Dominique Bryant-Howell thrives at the intersection of healthcare, finance, and women’s empowerment. As a natural leader, Dominique possesses the drive and innovation of a business owner, the tenacity of an equity seeker and the vision of a humanitarian with an unwavering focus on people, purpose, and profitability. With over 20+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, Dominique is known as a visionary and a subject-matter expert providing innovative solutions through financial and IT services for hospitals and physician practices worldwide. She now uses her experience in healthcare and financial literacy to impact the lives of individuals through her work with the Chris Howell Foundation. Above all, it is her greatest desire to help other women understand who they are, and who they can become–and because of this foundation, that is exactly what she is doing. Dominique is a Dallas native, the last of 11 children, devoted wife of 36 years to Chris Howell Sr., a loving mother of three, Christina, Dominique, and Chris Jr., and a proud nana to her grandson, Brayden.

Dr. Tiffany Clark, a DeSoto High alumna, holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston, a dual Master’s from the University of North Texas, and a Doctorate from Abilene Christian University. She co-founded Project E.D.G.E., connecting 500+ students with career and college opportunities, contributing to DeSoto ISD’s $7M GEAR UP! grant. Elected to DeSoto ISD’s Board in 2017, as the youngest female to serve she championed academics, equity, and policy reforms. Named a Dallas Business Journal ‘40 Under 40’ honoree in 2019, she is also a Leadership TASB graduate, community advocate, and a published author on multiple occasions. Currently, Dr. Clark serves on the State Board of Education, serving District 13, which encompasses Dallas and Tarrant County, where she continues the fight for equitable education.  She also co-runs Elevating Dreams by H.E.A.R.T.S., empowering young leaders of the future. She is a member of Friendship West Baptist Church and an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Jasmine Gaines is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker serving Grand Prairie ISD (GPISD), where she oversees counseling services programming and mental health grants for the district. Passionate about mental wellness and education, she works to ensure students have access to essential support and resources. Beyond her role in GPISD, Jasmine is the Co-Founder of Hopeful Heartbreakers (HHB), an organization committed to highlighting, promoting, and donating African American literature to underserved communities. HHB has over 4,000 online book club members and has donated over 2,000 books, fostering a love for reading and expanding access to diverse stories for both adults and children.

Dr. Jill Waggoner – Health and Beauty

Dr. Jill Waggoner holds a Medical Degree and a Master’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma. She has certifications in both Preventive Medicine and Wellness Coordination from the prestigious Cooper Institute. Dr. Waggoner is a residency trained, board certified Family Practice Physician, with nearly 30 years of experience. She has studied Functional and Integrative medicine for the past 15 years; an approach that seeks to find the cause of disease and uses multiple healing modalities to help patients obtain optimal health. Most recently she received a certification in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University. She has dedicated her life to teaching her patients how to flourish and embrace better living through better health. Dr. Waggoner has authored eight books, the latest of which is Maddie on a Mission, a children’s book. She has also served as a national medical expert for both television and radio for NBC, ABC and Fox affiliates, and has been selected as D Magazine’s Best Doctor for five consecutive years. Her most rewarding accomplishment is that of wife to her husband Mark, and mother to her two daughters Jillian and Uriah. Dr. Jill Waggoner is dedicated to the cause of giving individuals the tools needed to step beyond the traditional approach of early detection of disease, to the futuristic reality of prevention of disease! Her personal mission is to diminish suffering, foster healing, and prevent disease through connection, compassion, enlightenment, education, and love.
