Meet the New Dallas Wings Players
With another first-round pick and three additional selections (Nos. 12, 14, 27, and 31), the Wings are making big moves. They’ve already landed major talent through trades, adding DiJonai Carrington, NaLyssa Smith, Tyasha Harris, and Myisha Hines-Allen.
- DiJonai Carrington (formerly with the Connecticut Sun) is an elite defender known for her viral “seatbelt” celebration and scoring ability.
- NaLyssa Smith, a Texas native, reunites with former Baylor teammate Carrington and brings her top-tier rebounding skills.
- Myisha Hines-Allen, a veteran forward, strengthens the Wings’ post presence.
- Tyasha Harris, returning to Dallas after a season with the Sun, was a key trade target for Wings’ head coach Latricia Trammell.
The new players share a win-now mentality and are excited to join Arike Ogunbowale in leading Dallas to its first WNBA championship.
