Dallas rapper Yella Beezy, real name Markies Conway, is currently in police custody after being charged with Capital Murder in connection with the 2020 shooting death of fellow Dallas rapper MO3. Authorities allege that Yella Beezy paid Kewon White to carry out the crime.

MO3, born Melvin Noble Jr., was gunned down on Interstate 35E in Dallas on November 11, 2020, as he attempted to escape his attacker. White, who pleaded guilty in May 2022 to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, is already serving a 9-year sentence and is awaiting trial for MO3’s murder.
